How reach mars in three days.

Last day, One NASA scientist philip Lubin said that , that we can reach mars in just three days with Laser propulsion.

Our Today's technologies are developed with chemical propulsion technologies. Which is used to escape the earth's gravity. Which are very costly due to large amount of fuel and time.

With Rocket, it takes five to seven months and thousands of gallon fuel . Therefore it is very costly and time consuming.

The Scientist Philip Lubin had said that the Laser propulsion would take us to mars in just three days. The photons are weight less particles, but it generates force when it is reflected from the surface. The Idea is to make a sail that reflects the Heavy lasers' photons. The Photonic propulsion is previously thought for solar rays. But Lasers increases the over all power .

Mr. Lubin had said that the Laser sail would get upto the 30 percent Of the light speed. It only takes three days to 100 Kg spacecraft to reach mars. Where space shuttle that carry human takes around month. Where todays best rocket would take six month to reach mars.

Lubin said that we can build this technology with today's technologies. This technology also costs lower than the rockets.

Lubin had not clearly said that we can use this technology for space travel because Universe is so big that it takes billions of years to travel even at light speed. He also mentioned that "this technology is for only send artificial robots." Because there is no way to return with technology unless you establish a laser on mars.
